iROBOT is an Image processing object follower robot built with a vision to provide assistance to old and blind people to reach an object. It uses camera – to record the continuous stream of images using MATLAB; avr microcontroller – to control the robot according to the instructions given from laptop/computer; and dc motors – to regulate the speed of the wheels and direction of motion.
